About Me

Hello, my name is Qing, pronounced as /ching/.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialising in working with children and young people. I am approachable, playful and creative.

I have extensive experience working with children and young people from different developmental stages in various settings. I have been a child counsellor in primary school environments. I have also had counselling with secondary-school and sixth-form students in a charity, and adults who had traumatic experiences for another charity. In addition, I am a qualified Montessori teacher.

I was born and brought up in China, where I received my Chinese counselling qualification in 2009. Since 2011, I have been studying and working in London. I offer face-to-face and online counselling, and my sessions can be in English and/or Chinese Mandarin.

I believe counselling can be both creative and life-enhancing through our reciprocal and intersubjective experiences.
